In terms of international play? nothing for a while other than some friendlies in October.
We start Nations League back up in November with the new format where we will play a home/away against some shitty CONCACAF minnow since we'll be the highest ranked team amongst the 4 seeded teams.
If we win that, which we will, we move to the Nations League semifinals in March and then also qualify for Copa America in June. Kind of dumb that we're not an auto-bid since we're hosting it, but whatever, we'll qualify for that.
TLDR, a bunch of meaningless bullshite until Copa America next summer.

Last time we hosted, we made the semifinals (and got smoked) with Steve Birnbaum and Gyasi Zardes starting and Michael Orozco, Perry Kitchen and Edgar Castillo on our roster. Pulisic was 16 years old and our best player, but didn't play a second until Jurgy put him in after we already lost to Argentina.
So I think a run to the finals is possible.

Possibly, but while obviously we are nowhere close to as good as those programs, we can definitely beat them on home soil on our day.
