Wouldn't surprise me if SCOTUS grants Biden a win on the student loan forgiveness program.

He'll win. You have the 3 liberals who will vote for it no matter what, then roberts, and either ACB or Kav will as well. Then Roberts writes the opinion and makes up some nonsense like it is a tax except it's not like he did for the ACA. He is beholden to public opinion. I will eat my crow if I'm wrong - but I won't be.

They’d be idiots to do so, so it wouldn’t surprise me, but don’t think they will approve that.

When he loses we will get a solid 2 weeks of " abolish the SCOTUS" and "Trump's fault".

Roberts is so worried about the public opinion of the court that unless it is 5-3 without him he will side with the liberals. Especially because of the affirmative action decision. Tomorrow will be pro-loan forgiveness but anti-gayw website. Roberts is the worst Supreme Court Nominee in who knows how long. He fooled everyone.

Here’s the best part: if we keep the minimum wage low, they’ll never be able to pay it back, and their lives will be ruined. It’s what they get for going to school like the entire world told them to.

We’re all on the same page, right?

Second base isn’t the only thing you are bad at.

Roberts is a coward.

I actually have a T shirt that has a picture of Roberts face with a clown nose. Underneath it just says “Coward”.

At the gym a while back a kid asked me why I didn’t like Bruce Harper and pointed to my shirt. I said “It’s John Roberts”

He was still lost….So I said “he’s an old actor”
Kid: “Gotcha gotcha gotcha”

We are in trouble……

I think he wins that. The Court will toss him a bone because they don’t want to hurt his reelection.

Remember when the SC told Biden the CDC had no standing to issue eviction moratoriums and they did it anyway?

The AA ruling and student loan ruling won't stop the left from doing what they want.

To the left, the courts exist to affirm their viewpoint. When court decisions don’t go their way, they simply ignore said decisions.

We’re basically living in a society where only one side of the equation is playing by the agreed-upon set of rules.

Nah, they’ll hand him another loss. Giving the executive branch the power to cancel debt on a massive scale with the stroke of a pen is a dangerous thing.

he will get it, it will be considered a tax like burden or compared to PPP and Biden will win. Also states will have no standing, Ruiling will come out at 10ish and the DOE already has 20+ million applicaitons approved to wipe out in a moment's notice.

The question will be if he is allowed to make it income based forgiveness (which is even more unconstitutional than any forgiveness period)

It's an overreach of the executive branch.
That alone SHOULD merit a 9-0 ruling.
But, we'll see the political glasses being worn by these justices.
