"Yesterday, we stopped at a fast charger where one of the chargers was broken... there were more people who wanted to charge than there were chargers... and one person who was waiting actually called the cops about a non-electric vehicle that was trying to hold a spot for the secretary of energy. Turns out that is not a crime..."

So, the infrastructure is not there for it...

You know once they put charging stations across the country folks are just going to loot them for the copper wiring.

So, not everyone on this trip through the South is using an EV, I wonder why?

Doesn't that kind of obliterate her goal?

I'm guessing that "non-electric vehicle" is there for emergencies like that. Wish someone could confirm that ... with pic.

Stranded on the Basin Bridge would be awesome for so many reasons.

There is a co-op grocery store where I get my lunch from time to time that has 2 spaces for charging electric cars. Charging is “free”. I park my truck there all the time. I figure if I’m subsidizing this Shiite I am entitled to some benefits.

Tell her to come back when a hurricane hits the Gulf. Power knocked out, for weeks, what should Americans do, Miss?

Gonna be a lot of dead looters when they get electrocuted. Can't wait.

Let’s see how that would work during an evacuation .. be it for hurricane or fire or any other natural disaster.

They were following her and going ahead of her in gas powered vehicles.. to help her get around in an EV? That’s hilarious.

They went from spot to spot holding charging spots for her and she is going to get up in front of everyone and tell them how seamless and easy it was. Just freaking watch.

A couple of patriots should've blocked the gas vehicle in and let others go by and not let the gas vehicle out until the energy secretary caught up.

The elite, unelected bureaucrats need to feel what regular citizens go through.

I can’t wait to hear them complain about “EV charging deserts” to go with their “food deserts.”

Side note. Almost all of the car companies are agreeing to the Tesla charging platform for their vehicles.

Musk is going to absolutely kill it owning the vast majority of charging stations across the US. All the other companies are losing money hand over fist as they try this transition, so they can’t afford to get into the space.

BTW. He is making money on every charge.
