Ever had to return damaged freight to PSA?

I've ordered items from them multiple times without a problem. Yesterday a shipment of ammo was left on porch by UPS that was beat to hell. Hole in box. All ammo was present but boxes were smashed on a corner. I contacted them to ask to exchange & got the reply at bottom. I sent pics & am awaiting response. I ain't keen on using possibly damaged ammo.

Hell those boxes look like half the ones I have ammo in. Did you check the cartridges to see if any were actually damaged?

This shipping box was crushed. Looked like someone drove over it. They told me to go ahead and open the boxes to evaluate the ammo. This stuff wasn't just dented a bit but major compromised. Over 50 had bullets jammed back inside the casing. Not safe. Obviously a good number are safe to shoot but call me a Karen Democrat for wanting to get what I payed for.

Well maybe you should have posted a picture of the rounds that has the bullet shoved back into the case. Instead of posting a pic of some boxes that look a little worn.
