Did Gilbeau give an explanation as to why it was a ho hum hire?
Gilbeau hates LSU athletics and does everything to shite on the teams. But the only people who hate LSU athletics more than Gilbeau are LSU “fans.”

How could they!? Did they not read about all the dumb coaching moves he made?
Posted on 6/28/23 at 5:23 pm to 4everLSU
He may be short, but he ain’t short on cash, another bonus for this man!

They must not have realized he values offense over defense and that they lost to Iowa in February or that we leave too many guys on base.
Weird how certain posters haven’t said a word since LSU kicked Florida’s arse Monday night. Oh but they’re huge LSU fans lol

There are Paul apologist on here as well. They have been silent. And Paul did well I complemented him. When he didn’t, I criticized him. I thought 2017 was one of the best coaching performances in LSU history. Johnson is built for NIL and recruiting.
Cain was a great recruiter though.

Nothing recruits better than a real chance at winning a natty.

frick Glen Guilblow. What a hack. His employer should be embarrassed.

You are obsessed over those fans. Try to enjoy these moments instead of constantly seeking conflict. You will be happier for it.

Good coach, great coach at times. It just was a horrible Era of college baseball in general, and I think time caught up to him in the end. I really hope Jay wins at least 4 titles at LSU.

Well earned. Maybe someone can send dildo a copy of that and the Natty celebration and ask the prick what his version of a HR hire was ?

Paul was a great coach. He was better than good. He is a Hall of Famer.
I think the bat changes, ballpark changes in Omaha, and the rest of the SEC catching up and passing LSU and someways had a lot to do with the number of championships. He wasn’t competing in skip days. I believe if he is at LSU given where the program was when smoke took over, he wins more than one for sure.

One of the biggest plays of the CWS was Morgan's play on that bunt. What's not been talked about is that, according to Morgan, CJJ called that bunt defense from the dugout. It wasn't instinct, rather, from the "1000s of times practicing it in the Fall" he had been coached to take off for home as soon as the pitcher's foot came off the rubber. Milazzo said that "it was amazing that something so small but practiced so much turned out to be such a huge play".
