I will welcome any arm we can get. Losing 6 pitchers this years could've been the death nell for this team this year. Shows you just how stacked this team will be for years to come that we're still alive at this point in the season. Jay just isn't going to slow down. Like Mulkey and Kelly, he will only get stronger as the program progresses.

Very nice. Have to think we'll get Grant Taylor at some point next season hopefully and who knows with Edwards/Shores. If Hurd can keep progressing you have a weekend guy who has potential for high end weekend starter maybe an ace. keep hitting the arms in the portal we need more. We not going to get another Skenes type and that's fine we just need another big arm for weekend starter.
This guy seemed to struggle at the beginning of this season then got progressively better. Still has a lot of room to grow and he's a tall pitcher. Could have a lot of potential here.

Rich coming from the program who has actually been caught for tampering.
Loer has been a tiger for a while. I'll bet Jay sold him on getting a rotation role.
