He said after the first team practice, ending around 3 pm, that he was going back to his hotel room, locking his door & turning off his phone. In other words, he was preparing his game plan/s. Skip used to be the same way.

This game (as most when Skenes starts) managed itself.

Jay overall has stayed in his comfort zone this season but I think he will have consider a few lineup tweaks for GM2 vs Wake

No doubt

But he’s not over managing or over thinking here

I would be shocked if the lineup and batting order is at all different. What would he possibly change at this point?

He’s not touching the lineup. How completely clueless can you be??

Hurd starts over Floyd and one of the 4 LH hitters removed for a RH bat vs the LHP Hartle. Beloso outside of his HR vs UK has looked rough the last few games

There is NO chance he will change the lineup Monday, no matter how much you want him to do it. It has been the exact same for the entire post-season, and you think he’ll change it now?? If you had a clue, you would realize how absurd that is. But . . .

And pray tell what right handed bat would you be putting in?

If you were rating staffs 1-10,

Oregon st is a 3 or 4 and Wake forest is prob a 9.

I get it tho. He will live and die by it.

Whoa! That's your second time you've referred to a poster as clueless due to having a different opinion than yours on a message board. How clueless can YOU be?

I’ll try to spell this out for you Anyone who thinks Jay Johnson is going to switch up his lineup which he has used in every post-season game after another big win is CLUELESS. If you can’t understand that, I don’t know how to help you. I’d tell you to get a clue, but I think that might hurt your feelings.

I can get on board with Hurd over Floyd due to matchup. While I agree that Beloso has hit a bit of a lull, it seems like every time a player looks like he’s scuffling and needs to be replaced, that player steps up and provides just the spark the team needs. How many people were ready to replace Dugas and Jobert heading into tonight?

I would like to see Morgan and Crews trade spots in the batting order.
Is that retarded to suggest?
