By the time he pays his taxes, he’ll barely break even.

I don’t get this. Nobody willingly sells professional sports franchises anymore.

Yeah something isn’t right. Dude should be worth more money than God. He’s apparently made some really bad financial decisions.

You know you have a disease when you have that much money and still feel the need to gamble.

Michael Jordan could go down as one of the worst owners of all time

Zero playoff series wins

Only made the playoffs twice in 12 years. Woof

At least he didn’t bet against his team like I did.

Jordan is a psychopath

He was just able to channel that into elite basketball play

$3 billon dollar valuation, not $3 billion dollars.

How much he makes depends on what percent of the franchise he owns. If he owns 90%, yea, that’s one hell of a return. If he owns 10%, that’s not much better than a basic treasury bond

And one of the best sports financial connoisseurs of all time. He changed the game of sports money.

Dude is a billionaire and has mounds of money pouring in daily.

Jordan isn't the only extremely wealthy person to gamble like crazy. It's not about the money and it's not surprising at all from someone as super competitive as him.
