What are you attempting to convey?
Depends on how he wants to handle it. As I put on page 2, this is how I would deal with it:

Round 1 is asking the neighbor
Round 2 is bear spray
Round 3 is 1 round

Worst case scenario:
you p o a good neighbor and she moves out and rents to a trashy section 8 family. Maybe they are chemists in their spare time.
Good neighbors are not a given when you have property. If you were to have a bad renter, would you want to know?
Is your property several hundred acres or an acre and how much does the neighbor own?
Are you a good neighbor to everybody else in the area? Or do they not know you, but do know your dog owning neighbor? Will the county laugh at you when you suggest a leash law out in the boondocks?

Maybe I can talk Mrs. Tigerdeacon in to staying there and I can bring our 110lb lab. He would gladly play with the dog, swim across the "river" to the neighbors, go inside to beg for treats, hang out on her couch, bark at random things he senses in the woods. Just give her a taste of her own medicine.

I have stayed in this cabin, great place. The neighbors dog did cross the river and wouldnt stop bothering us. The neighbor besides us with the school bus just shook his head, said he did it all the time. Def want to go back.

quote:What if the dog identifies as an non domesticated animal?
It is unlawful for any dog, cat, domesticated livestock, or any other owned animal to run at large upon the streets, alleys, or other public or private property not your own unless restrained by a leash or lead. All domesticated animals must be securely confined to your property.

Tell them you identify as a Chinese restaurant owner and call them racist for judging your culture. Then offer them some “chicken”
