LSU has really loaded up at the TE position and I would imagine that probably went into his decision.

A while back I was thinking we had too many TEs. I'm not gonna bash the kid as he has to do what he feels is best. It does appear though that this was a mutual decision.

Josh Pate talks about recruiting a lot. He talks to recruits, CFB coaches, HS coaches and parent. He says all the time that NIL only plays a part and most kids do not make play solely based on money. You could probably pick the kids that do based on how they act.

Datbayou I don't see anyone bashing this kid. Just stating facts that most of us saw. There's a s-ton of talent at TE for LSU...
