The frick do you think they would have done with the Sky money instead?
You think Nottingham Forest really thought they were competing with City? Fulham? Crystal Palace? Leeds?

The thing about Grealish that impressed me the most this season was the way he tracked back defensively. That dude absolutely works his arse off during the game.

Why is their no game discussion in the game thread? This is odd.

Stupid rules rational only in the sense that they protect legacy teams. I wonder why you support them, Mr. American fan of an elite legacy team.
If you don’t see an issue on how a club owned by a country with unlimited resources that doesn’t worry about how much money it loses every season. Which could ruin any competitive balance in the sport.

Fick I agree with SCH on something. I need a beer.

No it was City
Then everyone else years later

The fact the people would rather talk about the ethics of the club and not an amazing team tells you a lot.

The game is over. If you want the game synopsis here it is... City played like shite but Inter had Romelu Lukaku so City are European champions. Not much else to be said really.

Well it’s not the delusions of MLS

My brother in Christ the Messi revolution and the prophecy of a 4th DP will bring people to the promised land.

He really turned it up this season. If not for Haaland he's my player of the season.

City forced United and others to play catch up in a transfer market that was inflated due to City’s reckless spending for so long before Pep
Posted on 6/10/23 at 4:47 pm to StraightCashHomey21
Inflated transfer market isn’t the reason united has been in the bin all these years. Liverpool didn’t have to play catch up and united has way more cash than them
Posted on 6/10/23 at 4:48 pm to Srbtiger06
I mean seriously.
"Well we spent big then another team got money and spent big and now we gotta catch up making shite transfers it's really all their fault"

Liverpool definitely played catch up
What are you on about
They broke transfer world records for two different positions

United spent more, poorly.
Spend wisely. Simple as.

OK cool. Don't agree with UAE on everything. They have a different culture. I live in NE LA, it isn't my problem.

The fact you casually brush it off as just sports is more an indictment on you than the people who do see a problem. I guess we shouldn't care about the human rights of those who built the stadiums in Qatar either. We got to see good football!
Yeah? You're still watching aren't you? What's the difference honestly? You get to watch but feel good because you actively let people know you hate those mean ole middle easterners? Your opinion matters as much as mine, it means frick all.

I have said time and time again we spent poorly
You lot can’t admit on how dodgy City have been to get to this point

I just don't care tbh. We kick arse on the pitch. It's easy to get offended when you're king dick for 20 years and someone comes and kicks you in the dick. I get why you're jealous, but I don't care about what happens off the pitch.
