Folks are short changing how well this kid has pitched.

And Skenes hadn’t pitched more than 7.1 IP before yesterday. Floyd had 6 IP and 7 IP in his last two starts before they put him on a pitch count against A&M. They’ve clearly stretched him out with a goal of getting 7 innings out of him.
