..Today’s DEI pushers have done Orwell proud. Diversity means uniformity of thought and practice along ideological and political lines. Equity does not mean equality of opportunity. It means equality of result, which involves handicapping the most talented and taking from the most productive to give handouts to the laziest and least motivated.
Inclusion means exclusion of whites from Black dorms, exclusion of unpopular speakers from public venues and exclusion of ideas that vary from a politically rigid orthodoxy. The DEI thought agenda is being enforced by armies of inspectors and compliance officers who will fire you, demote you and denigrate you in front of your peers if you deviate from their thought control...

My company is all about DEI- we hear about it in every company call. We have goals set to have a certain percent of females and blacks by a certain date.
Total BS, especially when the management team discussing it are all white men in their 60s.
Do females and minorities feel belittled knowing they were hired to meet a quota instead of their experience and past performance?

DEI is just one tool of CEI. CEI, Corporate Equality Index is what drives DEI. It's CEI that investment funds like blackock use to blackmail corporation and the financial infratructure.
CEI is all about gay rights and this is why everything is about gay everything.

Be thankful. Many companies are placing top leaders in jobs who aren’t qualified due to DEI. All the way up to the boards is directors.
The major capital investors are demanding this be done and it should be a damn crime

I went to college in 2005. Affirmative action was firmly in place well before then in college.
That was the precursor to DEI. The core concepts and tenets of DEI have been around for a long time. It’s just now that those same college kids are in decision making roles.

DEI is meant to accelerate equality for groups (minorities/women) that were traditionally excluded from many professions. Yes, this sometimes happens at the expense of the group(s) that cause said inequity. I’m ok with that.
