We need the depth.
Outside of Burns, Brooks, and Ryan do we have any other safeties/nickel who have played snaps at the college level?

We need the Rhode Island pipeline to be built.

Langlois has gotten a few reps but he’s not ready to be counted on and seems like he stays injured. We absolutely need another safety. I’m confident Yaites, Toviano, and Kylin Jackson will be players but I don’t want to rely on them over a guy with skins on the wall in college.

Was thinking about Langlois the other day….
Is he ever going to be healthy enough to play?? B/c, it’s got to be getting close to the point where LSU needs him to medically retire instead of just wasting a scholarship….
Realize that sounds harsh, and I hate that he hasn’t been able to contribute because I was somewhat high on him when he committed…

he was pushing for playing time last year. was on every special teams unit until he tore his ACL. that was his first injury in his college career. he’s only going to a redshirt sophomore

I believe he was also hurt his first year on campus. I want to say it was concussion related or some type of neck injury.

Amos is a CB and this guy is a pure safety. Amos is supposed to visit LSU this weekend, if he makes it to campus without a commitment to Bama (expected leader), I'd say lsu is definitely in the mix.

He announced (Amos) to Bama. Tiger bait.

Yes. I'd take him after seeing 1
minute of that
minute of that

I want this guy.
He can play. He would instantly give us the three-safety rotation that would allow Brooks to slide to the nickel where he can make plays on the ball more often.
Not to mention that Carter can make plays on the ball, too.
He's a perfect fit for our defense, not to mention he'd help us against the run a LOT. We didn't really have a thumper at strong safety last year who could come up and blow up a ballcarrier like this guy does.
