Is there a place to go to just watch the parade of boats go by? I have a small boat so I don’t want to get caught up in all the big action, but I’d love to just post up and drink a few while watching all the nice boats pass by.

If you want to see the boats, you can anchor out in the lake by the mouth of the Tickfaw river. If you dont want to be on the water, you might be able to sit at gator den or Middendorfs.

Sit on the balcony with live music, eat, and drink at Boopalus in Springfield and watch them all come down river

I believe it is new team/group running the event now. They still have not released the list of stops.

I like anchoring in Maurepas at the moth of the Tickfaw to see all the Cigar boats take off wide open!
