Tired of the BS scammers. Text me 985-773-zero nine nine three

Purchasing in person preferred. Located in BR willing to drive to meet
Go to an in state school and pick a high ROI degree.

Utilize any scholarships available and live cheap as shite. I got an engineering degree at LA Tech because it’s a fantastic in state school, cheaper than my beloved Tigers, and the ROI was apparent.

Found an off campus rental that me and some buddies split 4 ways and it was $300/mo for rent plus utilities and groceries.

Once you graduate with your nice paying job continue to live cheap as shite and get the loans paid off. I inherited $75k+ loans with my Wife’s graduate school and that sucked, but she also got a high ROI job and we cranked it out in less than 3 years.

It’s all doable if you’re willing do what it takes.
Unfortunately not looking good now. 60/40 no vote at the moment.

How disappointing
I’m hoping it’s passed easily. Our family in north LA is voting yes. All of the local media posts comment sections are full of people saying “no”, which naturally instills doubt in me that it passes.

Wife and I chose St. George because it’s absolutely perfect location for both of our jobs which we both love, but primarily with the hopes that our kids can go to a solid public school like we both did. If it doesn’t pass we will be moving east or south in the next 5 years.

What do you think the chances are that it passes tonight?

He was crushing a marg at superior last night. Make it a routine if he keeps up the bombs!
& paid off her car

& doubled our emergency fund to meet 6 months expenses covering both house notes and our general expenses.

I am just beyond proud of me and my wife for putting our noses down and knocking that shite out! Yeah probably missed some big gains in the market, but idgaf, this feels like freedom!!
PAID OFF THIS MORNING!!!!!

Missed my estimate by a few months but during that time we also managed to buy another house and turn my first home into a cash flowing rental.

Not a lick of debt beyond the mortgage(s)

Crap! Totally forgot I posted this, but we were able to move some things around and get our trip scheduled in May, much better than late June into July so I am glad about that.

Realized we had enough CC points to cover our flights round trip so that saved us some cash!

We are officially headed there May 11-24th! Now it’s time to start booking rooms/events
Beach club fitness

Privately owned, recently did some renovations, it’s so big that I have never waited to use a piece of equipment in a year. They also have sauna, steam room, and cold plunge with indoor pool and outdoor pool

Mostly old folks just swimming, again PLENTLY of equipment.
Im an engineer in technical sales, the hunting lease is already secured. The boat is coming soon - i've already began planting the seed.
She makes over 6 figs with her "MRS" degree. We are only 28 y/o, so getting this out the way is going to feel awesome!
Officially paying off my wife's student loans, over $75k in 3 years GONE!!! :nana:

Well, our anniversary is in June, and what appears to be peak travel time for Italy. So expecting to pay some premiums for that.

Cost for trip to Italy?

Wife and I are beginning to plan our first international trip. Expecting 10-12 days in Rome, Florence, Lake Como, and possibly Venice.

What should we reasonably expect to budget here? We don’t care to stay in the fanciest of places and not going to book tours for 8 hours everyday.

Believe I paid $450 at wildlife reflections in French settlement last year. Very very good work. It may have been $550, can’t really remember.

Bought an older home in Jefferson Terrace last year, I haven't had any complaints yet about the neighborhood. Very quiet, mostly older folks with a younger-middle aged families moving in.
