I'm guessing she'll change her mind when the Court leans left and Congress leans right.
Just a hunch.
Just a hunch.

Not touching the link. I've got enough things to forget.

Not that she (or those who think like her) cares, but there is no authority given to Congress by the Constitution to “police” the Supreme Court.

She needs to worry about policing her body

Gym Jordan thinks congress can police the NY Judicial system, even though it's obvious he's just trying to give trump protection, so why not police corrupt judges like Thomas.

Yes. If only Congress could make the Supreme Court as virtuous as.....Congress.

This little roadblock called the Constitution that doesn’t give Congress any power to do that.

Last I checked Bragg was a DA, not a judge.

That would be struck down as unconstitutional by…the Supreme Court.

"police" is probably the wrong word, but have you never heard of impeachment?

Actually, in issues where statutes are unclear, it absolutely is the job of Congress to pass laws that clarify how a given statute is to be enforced. Sometimes, SCOTUS will interpret a statute to mean one thing leading to Congress passing a law to change that statute so that is enforced the way they wanted SCOTUS to rule in the first place. This is what Congress is supposed to do.

too bad democrats have turned that into a meaningless joke

AOC was arguing the same thing the other day.....this Marxist cadre in Congress is disturbing.

Sounds like “checks and balances” to me.

Dems want to control all facets of government and the public.
