I go thru phases of how I take my eggs.
I liked fried egg whites as a youngster.
Then I started ordering scrambled for a long time.
Switched to over-medium a while back.
Just started ordering my eggs well done recently.
Variety is the spice of life. Cool Story Bro.
(Adding pepper and hot sauce is an eggs-cellent choice!)

Man, we have some badasses up in here.
I eat pretty good too, but not worried about how much I lift. Pfft.
I have a lunch recipe for ya: Tuna fish: 12oz can, 3 WHOLE LG boiled eggs, couple spoons of mayo, add spoon+ mustard(secret key ingredient), some slap ya mama, whole grain bread(sandwich). side dish mixed nuts, mostly cashews and almonds(pistachios, pecans, hazelnuts too) lightly sea salted.
Or grilled chicken salad: spinach, quinoa, whole boiled egg, beans, cucs, tomato slices, almonds, dressing of your choice.
I'm willing to bet my overall protein, vit B, zinc, folate intake is on par if not higher than yours.
But I can't lift 400lbs like you billy badass.

i cook mine the same way every time... it's sorta in between fried and scrambled... start off like i'm frying them, then before they are fully done, i take the spatula and scramble them in the pan... so it's basically a scrambled fried egg...
