That list really isn't as controversial as y'all are making it out to be. The ACC has better top tier QBs than the SEC. KJ Jefferson probably deserves a mention, but that's a decent list.

I believe this is a fair ranking. JD unfortunately was in bottom 50 in most NCAA categories. Hes gonna have to improve his downfield passing and his 2-3 receiver options. Until then his 1-9 yard passing will continue. Excellent athlete but average QB!
