There are cell phone rules in place at school for a reason. If you are of the mind that, “They can’t take his property,” let’s just cancel school altogether.

It looks like they're on a stage.

Maybe it's an acting class?

Maybe????

I know we bitch about teachers a lot, but they do put up with a lot of bullshite in a lot of places.

In NYC, attacking a transportation worker (Taxi, subway, etc) can be punishable with up to 25 years. They should implement some mandatory felony and sentence for any of these animals that attack a teacher.

Dindu wouldn’t have that much steet cred in prison for attacking his remedial math teacher.

Student wanted his phone back so he violently attacked a teacher. At least that’s what the twatter says.

You don't take their phone.

You call the police on their arse.

An inner city high school told the teachers that if they caught any student talking on or playing with their phone, they should confiscate the phone until class was over. A new teacher naively asked if they should send the offender to the office, if he or she refused to turn over the phone. The principal said no, that they were to handle it in the classroom themselves.

So, this other young teacher, teaching honors math, sees a student on his phone. She tells him to hand over the phone. He refuses. She insists. He refuses again. Then he lays his head down on the desk. Another student says, "Miss Soandso, he's fixin' to hit you."

Miss Soandso decides she has no desire to take a punch for a school that doesn't have her back.

And we wonder why we have wild animals running wild in our streets.

Was this really in honors math?

The old dude should have backed off or side stepped out of sucker punching distance plus some, when the boy started getting aggressive.

Then a defensive stance (if he knows one) and a call for back up.

Common sense and a little fighting experience can save you from at least that first sucker punch.

I don`t know about the school he`s teaching in but regardless he should have been packin` at least a 38 special and that would have been a game changer.

They have laws that address this exact action, with penalties prescribed. What did the cops do when they got there?

To be fair — the guy is a teacher, not a bouncer. He shouldn’t be expecting to have to fight students. Won’t say kids as I wouldn’t be surprised if dindu is 20 and repeated 6th grade 3x — but only because he enjoyed the grade so much.

The fact that people need to say "n word" feels so childish

I haven`t seen yet on what happened after he hit the ole boy at least twice when the videos are cut off.

Did he keep punching him or did the old dude shake it off and whip the lil punks as s.

At least they should have reported on if the punk was arrested and immediately expelled like he should have.
