I wanted to get some advice from the board on TRT pertaining to my numbers that I had run at Rejuvime. A little history, I grew up using a good bit of Test, Deca, Tren and everything in between, which was about 20 years ago. So I expected my numbers to be low. Which they obviously are.

Move on to today and I am an endurance junkie who trains mostly for performance and longevity. I mostly run but do some cycling as well. Usually average about 1K miles a year on each.

I'm currently nursing a pretty debilitating lower leg stress injury, which has raised my awareness and interest in all of this. I want to come back from this stronger, but not at the expense of throwing more money away than I already have working with MD's, PT's, etc. regarding this injury.

Not looking for Medical advice from the board per se, just advice on pricing, need, etc.

So what Rejuvime prescribed is 80mg Test C 2x week at $155/ mo, which I understand is a rip off. I will try to source a PCP to get this through Insurance.

What I am wanting advice on is the Peptides. They are recommending I take BPC at $450/mo and Sermorelin at $270/mo. I understand these are probably cash cows for them?

I'm not too fond of putting anything else man made into my body, but if it will help performance wise, I guess I would be open to it? Anyone use Peptides? The prices on these is ridiculous.

General thoughts?

$720/month on Peptides?! That's ridiculous. If you need them, ordering online is way cheaper.

As far as advice, I am still researching. Buddy of mine just started them so I can let you know in a week or so. I am sure there are posters here with better info. I just said a bunch of nothing.

Is LSU777 banned?

Good luck. Depending on your age and/or symptoms, your total test number is “in range”.

I wouldn’t fool with the peptides. Use the testosterone and see what happens on the next panel then you can think of making adjustments.

Honestly, your labs don’t look too bad for someone that has done a bunch anabolics. I don’t see SHBG - did they test that? I’m guessing the blue handwritten ranges are where they want you at? Places like this just sound bad to me. You only have one endocrine system, be careful who you trust it with. Any symptoms of low T?

Screw the peptides. Too much money. Semorelin is nightly injections 5 days a week which is a pain in the arse!

Do only the Test and see how you feel. It is expensive there. I pay $70 for 10ml vial of 200mg/ml Test with GoodRX.

Talk to your Dr about Clomid.

Its on-label use is as a female fertility drug.
However, it can be used as TRT treatment in men.

It can get your T levels into the mid 600s and it keeps your testicles working as they should. Your balls usually get bigger on Clomid.

For men, this med has a good safety profile and doesn’t have bad side effects.

Edit…Doctors typically consider anything below 300 as treatable.

Edit 2…you need to get that A1C down.

so couple things,

#1) before you go jumping on test lets see if we can get your levels up without that.

#2) if you do need test or peptides, frick paying that much. if you get a script, test is around $50 max through good rx for 10ml that will last about 3 months and if that is a no go, better off going black market and getting it for $40 a pop.

#3) if you feel the peptides will help the injury than lets get you on a BPC/TB500 regiment. We do never want to get on sermorelin alone, but also thats way too much. if your going to take anythign hgh wise, we want to get a script and order from reviverx out of houston. if possible we want to look at a ghrh and a ghrp combo. The preferred combo would be ipamorelin as the ghrp and cjc 1295 as the ghrh. if you cant get script, buy from peptide sciences. we want to take this right before bed at a dosage of 500mg ipam/300mg cjc 1295 if possible. this will simulate natural gh release.

#4) lets get you on the following

1) lets start with boron at 9mg/day.

2) lets get diet in order. Lets up the good fats and start lifting again. work around the injury. I suggest PPSA plan and work around it as needed.

3) for cholesterol, prolly be fine once you start dieting but in case, lets get you on the following

a) Nattokinase- 3 caps in the morning, 3 in the afternoon
b) Citrus Bergomot- 3 caps morning, 3 in afternoon

4) for better sleep and gh release, before you go on anything, lets try and get you on higher dose melatonin. start at 10mg before bed, at 5-10mg a week until you get to 30-40mg for now. Unless you have sleep apnea, then disregard!!

5) get a high quality dhea. dhea complete from life extension works well. 3-4 caps per day to start.

your estradiol is low and thats certainly not helping you feel better. super low will have you feeling worse than super high.

start with the above and see where you are in 2 months. if you want to help get the injury healed, use tb500 and bpc combo. look up dosing on reddit.

Feeling much better 1 bottle of Test in. Morning wood all the time, better mood, stronger and more endurance. Overall feeling great. Started CJC/Ipam 6 week stack a couple weeks ago as well.

Anyone know of any BR PCP's that are performance/anti aging based (younger?) and/or will prescribe Test? Like mentioned above, I am using Rejuvime as a bridge until I can find a PCP and hopefully get it cheaper.

Anxious to see my next bloodwork in a couple months or so...

Man, dealing with some sore nipples ever since the Test has kicked in. Getting Gyno is literally my worst fear. From what I can gather it’s relatively normal at least in the beginning to have sore/sensitive nipples. I’m on high alert and looks like they may be puffing up, haha.

I’ve injected waaay more Test at a time than this extremely low dose in the past and never had any issues.

Not really wanting to start an AI or anything either, just hoping it’ll subside.

Blood work in 2 weeks will tell the tale. Anybody else dealt with this?

So had my first blood draw since starting the TRT a few months ago and needless to say it’s working. T is off scale, haha. However my concern is obviously the Prostate Ag numbers. Waiting on a call from the nurse now to discuss.

These "peptides" that you're using aren't FDA approved and have never been proven to actually do anything. You're simply injecting/consuming a research chemical that's based on anecdotal evidence. You have no way of knowing what the long term effects these peptide drugs have. Drop the peptide bullshite
