They would both be on same days rest. Prolly wouldn’t see either one of them

Basically, I don’t care if it’s televised or not. If you wait until 7:00 PM ESPN likely isn’t going to have anything to show but a tarp on the field.

I don’t think there is a decision to make. They are going to ride with the game at 7pm

Is that a fact? I mean 5 days rest isn't that crazy, especially if you keep Skenes on a 80 pitch count or so. I agree with the rest of your post, but I think Skenes could go Saturday then Thursday.

If he pitches on Saturday, he would be on 4 days rest on Thursday not 5.

I get it, I just don't think it would be an outrageous ask if you limit his pitch count. Then again we've got a good amount of Thurs-Sat series this year, so it's be starting a bad cycle.

that's what i was told by someone who was actually at the coaches committee meeting last night. JJ said it would be moved up, just had not settled on a time. We should know sometime today

Seems like this will be the best case to get in all 3 games. Move up tomorrows game to about 1 or 2 and then double header on Saturday. Sunday looking to be a wash.
