I think on experience alone..Rick Pitino would put our program where we want it. The guy is a winner.

You had a big time proven commodity (Beard) so desperate to be hired that he took a job with the worst program SEC in history. Instead, LSU chose to wait and see if a guy who has never accomplished anything in major conf basketball might be able to one day.
That would be like having Warren Buffet desperate to give you investment advice, but instead choosing to listen to the baw who lives in the trailer across the tracks. He MIGHT be the best investor the world has ever seen…but probably not
