According to CJ McCollum podcast recently he was asked and he responded that everything was said and people were held accountable. Did anyone catch his HONEST response?

I personally feel that's it's a little too late, but we shall see how this team responds on the road.

Zion, Ingram, and Nance have not yet been cleared for full accountability activities. Hopefully they can start 3 on 3 accountability in two weeks.

I heard it that the entire Pelicans roster is two weeks away from being two weeks away from full accountability….

Didnt we trade for CJ and give him an extension so he can be that vet to hold people accountable? What has no one in the locker room stood up and called people out

The problem is that CJ and BI aren't holding themselves accountable. If that happens, then they can't hold anyone else accountable.

We need a udonis haslem. Someone that gives no shite about calling someone out for not playing team ball or hustling for a rebound or playing poor defense

I swear, this team and this whole accountable thing lol. It’s kind of annoying. Was coach green at the meeting because he should definitely be held accountable for this collapse

Lakers game was clearly the biggest game of the year.

It was our worst game and most importantly, when didn't give full effort.

If your players don't get up for the biggest game of the year, there is no amount of come to Jesus and closed door meetings you can have that will magically get them to play harder.

It is what it is. Maybe we win a few games, maybe we sneak into the play-in. But we'll still have lapses and won't play as hard as our opponents on a nightly basis, I fully believe that.

Getting beat for loose balls and 50/50 rebounds is a bigger issue than missing shots, and that's a big issue.

Larry Nance, Jr is one of my favorite players on this team. He's a winner. I hope the Pels hang on to him for the next few years and starting next year, let him develope into the type player that will make the Pels MUCH better.

Not sure why I posted this on an Honest Man's thread...but I just wanted to make sure and speak well of Nance, Jr...and this seemed like as good a time as any to do it...since there's not a whole lot of other positive things for me to comment on regarding the Pels...at the moment.

Did they decide against it (accountability)?

If the FO had any balls they would tell this team to get their shite together quick or enjoy new opportunities somewhere else.

I think so, the time to have had that was when BI was sitting out a month longer than he needed to be and the team and his teammates were all pissed about it. Then he found out they were pissed about it and he got pissed.

Should have had this when all that was starting to happen.
