Driving to Houston from New Orleans in a week for a crawfish boil and was asked to pick up the live crawfish on the way. Any recommendations on where to pick up 60 pounds of crawfish off I-10?

Get off at the Scott exit and pick up a box of boudin, go to Hanks on Fieldspan Rd and pick up crawfish, you'll be hailed a hero.

Crawfish On The Geaux off of Perkins/Acadian in BR. I'm not an expert, but I imagine they should be able to last the hour drive. If I'm wrong, I apologize. There might be easier options on the way but I imagine they aren't directly off of I-10.

Bonanza Crawfish in Henderson, they are washed and graded. The people selling them are the ones catching them.

Have someone local call HEB and place an order. Houston stores should be getting them by now.

Crawfish app for options

I got a sack from rouses on Drusilla today. By far the biggest crawfish I’ve bought. Very pleased with this haul

HEB in Conroe, TX...call them...their live crawfish have been cheaper than Tony's the last 15+ years.

Or try an HEB in Houston.

Trust me...I call every year just to piss myself off.
