EXCLUSIVE: This Is the Mexican Border City Cartel Boss Behind Killing, Kidnapping of U.S. Citizens
quote:
Soon after the rescue and return of two of four U.S. citizens kidnapped by the Gulf Cartel in Matamoros, Breitbart Texas learned the identity of the crime boss ultimately responsible for the crimes.
Known in the criminal underworld as “La Kena or Ciclon 19,” Jose Alberto Garcia Vilano is the current Gulf Cartel operational leader in Matamoros.

On Tuesday morning, Mexican authorities were able to find four U.S. citizens who had been kidnapped on Friday. The rescue took place at a stash house in a rural area known as Tecolote on the outskirts of the city. The rescue came after hours of raids by Mexican authorities working with their U.S. counterparts. In addition to the FBI, Breitbart Texas was able to learn that agents from Homeland Security Investigations in Harlingen and HSI Brownsville were working closely in the case.

We probably already didn’t like the guy, but we viewed him as Mexico’s deal. Now he’s a dead man

He and his minions need a very hard lesson.

No doubt the guy’s responsible for this have been killed by the boss.

This is rather similar to El Chapo. They won't kill this dude. He's too well protected.
Personally, I'm not buying anything from this saga. The Mexican police "and other agencies" just happened to stumble upon a house with 2 dead and 2 alive Americans? Sheeeeeeeeeeeeeet.
Also other "intel" says the cartel allegedly mistook them as Haitian drug dealers

Imagine spending money to vacation in a shite hole like Mexico.

Ciclon 19?
Cool names like that almost make me want to join a cartel. I could be Class 5 Hurricane.

Are there any photos of the people who were kidnapped?

Let me tell you how it happened. They went to known cartel members to inform them they stepped in a hornets nest and to go tell their boss to release their location so they can rescue them. Boss does it on agreement that they don’t come after him and he will punish the ones who kidnapped them

Not good enough.
If Biden will trade a gun dealer for a dope headed tranny, the messicants that did this need to be cancelled.

This is the woman right after she was found I believe.
This is a different picture of her, and the surviving man
I do find it odd that a woman would go with 3 men to Mexico to get a tummy tuck. I know Americans do go to Mexico for medical procedures, especially elective ones that would not be covered by insurance. But it seems like something you would bring a female friend or relative to help you out with post-op stuff.
I don't want any Americans getting killed by cartels. I do have questions about these circumstances.

The story is possible, but sketchy.

I thought it was 2 women and 2 men? That is what was reported initially.

They took her lashes but not her braids. What kind of message can we take from it?

I thought the same, I remember reading that and that made more sense to me. Maybe it was two couples, or a group of friends. But one woman getting a major medical procedure accompanied by three men just seems odd to me.

Maybe she thought she'd be safer bringing 3 dudes with her versus going alone or with only one other man.

Yep most likely. r/NarcoFootage posted some backgrounds of a couple of them. Shaeed has a few drug arrests. Latavia was charged with five counts of unlawful neglect of a child after her 5 kids testing positive for meth. Her husband just got sentenced to 10 years for trafficking meth.
