She worked for him at The Woods, right? Maybe…or at least I’m hoping…the harassment here is just the fact that they were hooking up while she worked for him and she’s using that out in order to be able to get paid.

I was always really confused by this relationship. She didn't really seem like his type and it seemed like their interactions in public were kinda awkward.

A $30 million oral agreement and acting as if this oral agreement gives her an equitable interest in the property. Good luck surviving the statute of frauds

Given how his personal life has played out in the press in previous circumstances what is 30 million to a billionaire? She was with him for 6 years, just give her the money.
