At best those ships can carry maybe 10 helos. No air defense capabilities that we know of. If it got aggressive it would be sunk by most Western navies including Brazil's. One screw on the back.

The Iranian ships are a definite concern but what the CCP has been doing in Central and South America the past 10 years is alarming.
