“When employers become aware of racially offensive or threatening conduct in the workplace, they have a legal obligation to take prompt, remedial action aimed at stopping it,” said Rudy Sustaita, regional attorney for the EEOC’s Houston District Office.
TRANSLATION: ExxonMobil did its own investigation, rather than report it to DOJ.

Todd Spitler, a spokesperson for ExxonMobil, said in a statement that the company disagrees with the EEOC’s findings. “ExxonMobil promptly performed a thorough investigation of this claim, and there was no evidence to support allegations of discrimination,” he said.
When companies are sued over “false flags”, the accuser should receive a prison sentence proportionate to the dollar amount established in the lawsuit.

Why does a noose automatically mean it’s meant for black people? A lot of people were hung over the course of human history. Not just blacks.

I've about decided that black people have no clue what a noose is, and are extremely soft human beings.
