Less likely to be transmitting through hetero vag, but still possible. Most HIV cases today are from sharing dirty needles though. It's monkey pox that's basically only gay people.

It only ended with AIDS because the media refused to acknowledge it was largely a homosexual disease. So they convinced a generation of young adults that heterosexual sex was a virtual death sentence.
Today you watch HIV prevention medicine commercials and the people portrayed in them are primarily gay. Seems like a bad marketing/business approach to target a very small segment of the population for a disease that is purportedly prevalent among the population as a whole, right?
