Everything worked great for me. Surprised to see there were issues. However, I was multitasking with work. Appreciate your efforts

Just from my limited feedback, it seemed like when the site had issues very very early in the game, if someone was already on the feed page, you were fine. It was when you clicked out/clicked in, is where things got hung up. Not remotely acceptable but just explaining what I think happened.

You also need to tell whoever is working the board to bail out of replays faster if a pitch is happening.
Look at the highlights: LINK
At least 3 key plays that the broadcast was late on. And there were many more pitches that were missed as well because of replay and that obnoxious wipe animation.
Just poor production.

That’s what happened to me. Had the feed up and running fine and had to take a phone call right before 1st pitch and couldn’t get back into the feed until sometime around the 4th. Had to resort to bootleg streams until then but hey I paid my money so you can’t be mad at me

That happens regularly with ESPN broadcasts too. I even see it during MLB games at times. It’s frustrating but it’s not solely a D1 problem.

No issue at all with Wheels doing highlights..... and frankly I had no issues at all with the You Tube stuff while our game was not working. We snooze, we lose.

The stream didn’t get nuked until after the D1 site was up and running. I know because I was able to seamlessly transition to it without missing a single pitch.

I just gave it another try. Now, I can watch the replay on my iPhone, but the airplay/mirroring of the game does not show anything but a black screen.

Like I said they didn’t get shut down until the D1 stream was working. You can’t blame them for trying to protect the product that they purchased and produced.

Yea they can deny all they want. But they shut down a stream that nobody was profiting on so they could make their own money.

Yea. Go to bed dude. I tried to purchase before it started but the site was overloaded. After 5 innings it should have been a freebie. Just chalk it up to r&d loss. Get rid of Kermit/Pat Mahomes as the pbp guy as well.

Clicked in a random spot in the thread and read something and was gonna give you some shite but decided to read the thread from the start and I'm mostly on your side now, mostly for the reason above.
Paying a little more for a quality product is by far better than a slight discount for an inferior product, and will pay off more long run.
Might offer a good discount on future streams to incentivize repeat customers. Also, some of the functionality issues could be better and some camera issues need to be fixed.
The cost for the full package was less than a case of good beer. It's reasonable, as long as issues are fixed. Just do what you do and do it well, reward those that spend their money on it, and you've got potential.
