Spypoint camera transmission

I have 4 different spypoint cameras and this year they all had real problems sending photos to my camera. Never before. Even the ones with the accessory antenna. ATT plan. Any ideas? Not going to buy another one at this point. But might be me. But I keep batteries good and software updated.

Sounds like spypoints working as designed.

We are running 6 with no issues, but all are Verizon or flex.
Batteries are the next culprit

Probably needs fluid and filter changed.
You could try some of that Lucas Oil treatment too.

Could be updates but I had the exact same issues in spots they worked last year

I bought the spypoint cell adapter this year. I also got the 16 foot antenna extender, climbed a tree to fasten the antenna, then cut all branches from around the antenna. Some days 25% signal, some days 50% signal. I will get a dozen pictures or more more some days. Then nothing for three to five days. It definitely misses a lot of action.

Have you tried aftermarket antennas if you are sure it’s cell signal?
Herd360.com has proven replacements.

Is that with Att or another carrier

Yes I’ve used those and they help but not in all spots.

Need an update sounds like. I mean an update you load from their site and install on your cameras.

We’ve run 16 this year since October. We updated them all over the air when we started them up. Haven’t had a one problem. Not a cheaper alternative to run this many cameras.

Att coverage seems to be slipping in my area. But some of the cameras aren’t even getting the pictures on the card. Guess I need to let my grandson figure it out.

I have 6 Spypoint Flex cameras that I have been running for 8 months with no issues.
My only complaint is they eat batteries compared to my Tactacam cameras. Tactacam is still on first batteries while Flex are on 3rd or 4th set.
Flex has a much cheaper monthly cost. I have 6 cameras producing a max of 250 pics each. I get this for $8.33 per month total.
