I’m on week 4 and it’s totally addictive.

I haven’t been this motivated in forever.

Check it out if you are looking for something to get you after fitness when you’ve been falling short.

There's a couple of these around me. They all showed up at a local 5K one day. I turned in my best ever 5K time which normally would have gotten me a 1-3 spot. Not that day. What I didn't know is that one of their weekly workouts is a full sprint down the three mile course we ran that day......

I've considered joining to get a different HIIT in besides my running intervals. Might try some over the summer.

Do give it a try. It’s been awesome for me.

We held an 18 mile event on Saturday and raised $19k for a homeless shelter.

It was awesome.

From what I understand, it's like a free crossfit kinda deal with a fellowship/faith component. The groups by me meet at 5AM rain or shine and do mostly HIIT type workouts.

Should be f4 - There is no working out without massive amounts of farts

Kinda all kidding aside I love the f3 groups around me but have my own support network (ultra marathon'er group of which one is my Pastor) and we actually call ourselves the f4's

Mostly body weight HIIT and some days or running or walking.

Some days a cinder block is used.

Modifications are encouraged as needed.

Just do something.

Our group just held an 18 mile event Saturday and raised $19k for a homeless shelter here.

Didn’t realize this was a nationwide thing. I just thought it was local to the Charlotte, NC area.
