Playing as a 10 handicap. A quick glance to his GHIN reveals he is a 3 handicap. His pro shot +1 and missed the cut while Aaron was -27.
LOL

That’s not exactly how this works

How the hell did they allow him to play 7 shots above his GHIN?
Our club does this for tournaments which I really like
Member with a GHIN- play at handicap
Member with stated handicap and no GHIN-handicap x 85%
Guest with GHIN- handicap x 85%
Guest with stated handicap and no GHIN- handicap x 65%

Was his course handicap a 10? I have no idea what tournament slope rating is, but is it possible that is what is being quoted as a 10?

Not a chance
From the tips it’s 73.6/139 and I doubt they are playing those trees

Keith Mitchell legit called out Rodgers and said his handicap was crap and he didn’t respect it
Was awesome

I don't know what it is about Rodgers, but I can't stand that fricker. Something about him irritates the shite out of me.

I saw where Rodgers played after the season and added a round of 86 to his GHIn in Cali. He then played a few other rounds before Pebble and didn’t post scores. Rodgers apparently said he found something during a PR at Spy Glass and it just clicked all week.

Two rounds of poor golf do not change a handicap. Rodgers clearly submitted a bogus one based on his rounds since the season ended. His GHIN was still a 3.0 as of the start of the tournament.
Bro is a clown

One of the No Laying Up guys played in the tournament. He said he wasn't sure how exactly handicaps worked for amateurs, but he heard they let you keep the handicap you had when you first played in the tournament. So, maybe he was a 10 then. I don't know how legit that is, though.

I totally agree, I,think, the 86 he posted was bogus and rigged. Then he acts like it just came back to him in a practice round. My GHIN is 2, I went on a golf trip last summer and we played by handicaps. I had not played any of the course, first day I shot an 82 it was a goat track of a course with tricked up holes, day 2 and three I shot 75 and 74 at decent courses, If you do it right 9 times out of ten the GHIN don’t lie. He’s a douche for sure,

Holy cow
Mitchell was legitimately annoyed by it and straight up called him a cheater

A 10 at PB would probably get 12 shots or so.
AR is a Sandbagger.
I’ve never understood why people lie about their game.
Your odds of breaking 80 at PB as a 10 index are maybe 1 in 100.
Actually 1 in 276.

Doing that 4 times in a row in competition?
C’mon man.

Ever notice that Roger's always picks the same type of girlfriend.
Brown hair, skinny and zero boobs.

Great reporting by a media member. What a joke.
