I’m having a cup of coffee that no one can smell - no rage and I love dogs :)

And just so I am clear, what has your panties so high up your arse is that if someone participates in a completely legal activity that you don't like, all you expect them to do is change their behavior to accommodate you and your preferences rather than you changing your behavior to not encounter them as much (or at all)?

All of this and your reading comprehension is still abismal. - Let me spell it out genius… “IT’s THE SMELL!”

Does that go both ways? If people have an issue with how you smell do they have the same liberties to expect you to stay in your own home?

That’s not what people are saying at all, the argument is to smoke it anywhere where others aren’t OR take your fricking edibles.

Yep. Same here. Guy was on the sidewalk near my shop Thursday fixing a blown tube on his bicycle and burning one.

I haven’t worked hourly besides a high school job 22 years ago.

Salary and random testing, however maybe once or twice a year.

Yep. It’s everywhere. Weed should still be illegal. Functioning people in real jobs still can’t smoke it since most companies will fire if weed shows up on your drug test. It’s just people without jobs, people with shite jobs, and people barely functioning. We basically legalized a practice only for trashy people, and now all the regular people have to sit and watch and smell that garbage

Don't smoke anymore, but even when I did I didn't really enjoy eating pot. It felt like a completely different high- much edgier and less mellow.

Nah I’ve never been hourly and I’ve been random drug tested once per year or so. Industry drug tests everyone

No, thanks. When people start doing things that affects me then I will have a problem with it. I don’t need to smell anyone’s smoke.

Flew into Vegas to go to Grand Canyon... But had some time to walk around before the flight out. My kids can't stand LV now because of the stench. It was more than just the stench... The film from it felt like I had residue of sun screen on

ETA ..I did laugh at the lady who wreaked ( on the bus ride from rental lot to airport..) that had mj bud earrings and a t shirt that said something along the lines of hanging in out with her buds ( and it matched her earrings)

Got it angry man, it's the smell...so if other people think you or your activities stink do they have the same liberties to expect that you stay home and participate in those activities inside of your own residence?

If I smelled that bad... That people walking 30 seconds behind me could tell I had been there.,I hope someone would tell me. But then again I wouldn't be stoned and I would concern for others

Every single person I know who routinely smokes pot is less of a person because of it.

Why do you think murders and car jackings are skyrocketing? It’s because of all the weedheads running around in the city. There’s good reason why nearly all sheriffs are against legalization.

I am an aircraft maintenance supervisor with 34 years in the business. I don't get paid hourly but yet I'm still subject to random drug testing, post accident testing, and probable cause testing.

Where do you people get this shite from?

Many states have laws protecting medical cannabis users from employment discrimination. This is a hot and cast moving topic and companies will continue to adapt, even at the executive level, to testing and use.

Large national and international companies usually adopt policies that can be accepted from state to state as to not have different sets of policies for people say from Louisiana to Florida and Colorado but how, when and why to test is going through rapid innovation.

Clearly states that I am a salaried employee but in your mind I'm still hourly?

So let's expand it out to pilots in my profession. They get paid salary they're subjected to the same testing that I am. Are they hourly employees too?
There are some jobs in this country that no matter what the local law is if you're subject to federal oversight like Department of Transportation you can't smoke weed if Jesus Christ said you could and you have a medical marijuana card
