Not gonna lie that response, at least what you quoted, is fairly weak

Yeah, that was not good.

Ron just isn't seasoned enough but he is young and will learn.

He's not ready to stand up to Trump or even the national media.

Winning in Florida is great but it's not like winning President of the United States which Trump has done. Many would say he did it twice.

The Navy officer, Harvard/Yale congressman and governor of Florida isn’t “seasoned?” I get that you may prefer Trump, but that’s an ignorant statement.

Trump isn't seasoned. At all. Trump is the doofus giving interviews to Bob Woodward and Maggie Haberman expecting them to be fair. Any sane person would say hell no.

Maybe one day he will learn. But he is in his late 70s, probably not.

Desantis' reply avoids polarizing the base.
solid.

Desantis sees Fanni willis plowing into the election interference case.

desantis doesnt need to tackle trump at all! ever.
southern district of ny is now addressing the Cohen confessions re stormy daniels and trump use of campaign funds to pay her.
at this juncture doj isnt even in 2nd place as georgia and ny venues move their cases along.

He's dealt with national media since he became governor. Furthermore, he doesn't have to respond to Trump or name-calling. Just bring it back to the issues, and his record on them.

I laugh at the double standard that doesn't allow any politician to change their stance on anything, except Trump. He can do it whenever he wants and sycophants find a water spin it

Which he did on the coat tails of Trump and playing America First.

If Ron is too stupid to figure out which side is the winning ticket, you are right, he's not ready for the national stage.

1) trump ain’t ever won the popular vote

2) Trump only won Fl by 300k votes

3) RD won by 1.5M votes- and that was during a cycle that nationally Republicans barely won anything

4) Trump is smelling like old man desperation

5) If the Repubs nominate Trump again…he will lose again

Bigly. Trump owns the record for First place and Second place in number of votes received by a Republican candidate. Ever.

He had 2 million more votes than any Republican candidate in his first election and added another 12 million on top of that in 2020.
