I know you ballers wouldn't know anything about Wally world but we poors still frequent it. I'm in the pharmacy section and there's a locked cabinet full of various "devices."

last time I was in walmart about 25 years ago someone was stealing formula
I offered to buy ( not knowing there was a black market) at the time
