The IS-2 (Russian: ??-2, sometimes romanized as JS-2[note 1]) is a Soviet heavy tank, the first of the IS tank series named after the Soviet leader Joseph Stalin. It was developed and saw combat during World War II and saw service in other Soviet allied countries after the war.

Always love to see one of your model posts show up Darth, great stuff.

I build and paint Warhammer 40k models, but haven't been brave enough to post any of that on this site yet

There is a kid in my office who paints Warhammer models. They look quite intricate.

Can you take a pic of your whole collection?

I’d love to see it.

I purposely chose to do this one in Polish markings instead of Russian to not offend some.

I can’t really get it all in one pic.

Who cares if a historically accurate model offends someone? They need to get a life.

We live among overly sensitive people. I’ve been banned from Facebook before for posting historically accurate FW190 I’m a group dedicated to Luftwaffe models.

I have to ask, what made you decide to use “El Duce” as your profile pic?

I’m always amazed that all your works are hand painted.

Great job again.

Any special reason you included the tankers? I haven’t noticed you including personnel in most armor builds.

Love the overflow/spill look on the tanks. Very nice detail.
