Yeah. That’s pretty much a wasteland from a hobby shop perspective. I travel to Montgomery a lot and there just isn’t anything there other than some Hobby Lobby Locations. And their selection sucks rancid ass.
But, if you’re willing to drive a little over an hour, the Model Shop is awesome. There is also a Hobby Shop a little bit closer to you called Oak Mountain Hobbies. It’s only a few miles off the I-65 Oak Mountain Exit. They focus more on RC, but still have a somewhat respectable selection.
There’s also Amazon and websites like Mega Hobby and others.

Funny, I’m the exact opposite. I think the M60A3 is one of the most badass looking tanks ever made.
There were a few units who still had them when I first enlisted. I always wanted to crew one.
