Graceland is located in a prime riot area.

The Kings place is about to get sacked.

The rioters come 6 PM.

Backstory:The Memphis police department is going to release the video of the 5 police officers basically beating a kid to death on Friday afternoon so we can have a full weekend of BLM protests and riots. They are saying it’s worst than Rodney King video. I think the kid was probably more innocent too.

When you beat a 29 year old man so badly he's calling out for his mother it's got to be pretty rough but the fact that the 5 cops were instantly fired and are all already charged w/murder likely means it's completely horrifying.

am not sure where all the big marches are planned, but hearing Memphis and Atlanta for sure.

It's cold is Atlanta right now. Going to be in the 30s tonight. Warms up a little tomorrow. But that is still super cold for here. I don't see people doing much in weather like that, maybe in an indoor space like a mall or shopping center..

There will be no riots. The police officers were not white.

Social media says law enforcement preparing for it all over the country as soon as the Memphis 5 video breaks.

In areas that it is above 55 degrees, shite is going to break loose. The narrative will change from racism to police brutality much like global warming became climate change.

A bunch of gen z, beanie wearing white folks are going to lead the way.

Ben Crump, the family's attorney called the initial traffic stop (made by two black men) "a racist traffic stop". He is now at a press conference with the family stating that the police officers were only arrested so quickly because they are black. So you might need to hold off before you make this no riot statement

He's now saying our culture infringes on the rights of black and brown people

Just left downtown Memphis. Nothing so far, I didn’t even see anyone gathering. My guess is everything gets ramped up around 7 tonight.

I think leadership has done the best they can in trying to ramp things down, but if the video is half as bad as they say probably not going to work.

The police union statement wasnt even supportive of the officers. Its gotta be some despicable violence.

This isn't an election year, so no, I don't expect any riots.

Any word on “protests” planned there?

Nola has never been a big riot town. Not when the Saints won the Super Bowl. Not when the NBA all star game was in town.
Not much during the BLM summer happened.
Nola homies just love the normal shooting at each other

You can’t do quality carjacking if you have to deal with driving through a mob of people.
