How did this happen? The leadership in Ukranian government has always been so strictly honorable and dedicated to ethical behavior. I bet these few corrupt individuals were appointed at Trump's exploits. Its good that Zelensky is heading things up to weed out this type of stuff. I think a billion dollar performance bonus is in order.

And we were supposed to believe they were so busy fighting off an invasion.

NBC "News" to the rescue.

Zalensky is keeping his pledge to clean up corruption.

In his nightly video address, Zelenskyy said that Ukraine’s focus on the war would not stop his government from tackling corruption.

“I want to be clear: There will be no return to what used to be in the past,” Zelenskyy said.

Open borders wouldn’t f$&k over the American worker absent the welfare state, something Libertarians vehemently oppose. You can have open borders or a welfare state, but not both.

Since I only lean libertarian, I would prefer neither.

We obviously haven’t invested enough money there yet. Need another $100 billion so they can clean everything up and be as open and honest as our government.

They already ARE as open and honest as our government.

The only consistently anti-interventionist political faction in American politics has been the Ron Paul crowd. Most of this board was sucking off McCain, Romney and the neocons when I joined.

So ukraine elites wage war in order to siphon money from USA.

No one over there wants this war. I'm sure they are taking advantage of it when they can, just as our politicians are. That's why, "That government is best which governs least."

Then it's all good then. Got it.

It will be interesting to see what the citizens of Ukraine, think about that. At least the ones still living there, under marshall law and no power.

Will they be be comforted by the rooting out corruption line, OR might they be pissed that their War Leaders are living large and taking vacations in Spain?

Has the story of them selling narcotics to their own troops, to maintain morale, been mentioned yet?

I'm more surprised, in fact shocked that Ukraine actually has investigative and law enforcement bodies that investigate Ukrainian corruption.
The check didn’t clear.
