How long does Ole Woody give McMahon to right the ship? Looks like a repeat for next year.

Next year will be his last if he isn't competitive in the SEC.

If he gives him 5 years of last place finishes woody has to go.

Woody is an average AD. I wanted him to be great but he is essentially a one of us hires.
He gets big names with horrendous contracts, fires coaches other than wade when the boosters tell him. His public relations and operations was suppose to be a stregnth but he makes a mess of more situations than he should.
Essentially same old same old from LSU AD just a one of us and willing to spend a lot more. He hasn’t really upgraded fan experience and is taking a bit longer to get the NIL game rolling was bad.

This season was meant to be a wash but we kept on winning and forgot. Now we want to fire the world and burn the place to the ground.

I see a few possible SEC comparisons:
Jerry Stackhouse: we are at or near bottom of the SEC 3-4 years in a row and he is done.
Kermit Davis: we are hovering around the middle of the SEC, not making tournaments or losing in 1st round. He might last 5 or 6.
Ben Howland: we become a consistent mid to upper tier SEC team, always a contender to make the tournament, but not likely to do anything when we get there. I don't think Woodward would put up with this forever. 6-9 years.
That feels like McMahon's ceiling at this point. I hope he proves me wrong.

If Wade had the team McMahon currently has, he would have them playing a lot better. This is very worrisome for the future!!
