NEW: The DOJ searched Biden's Wilmington home yesterday and found "six items consisting of documents with classification markings." Material is from Biden's Senate years and from VP tenure, according to statement from Bob Bauer
It will later be said that they were marked classified but really unclassified at this late date.
Biden's lawyers were there.
This is so staged they wrote the script on BoarEd's birthday.

Per nbc - classified documents included from time that Biden was in the senate.
Also, other documents were taken. All we know is that among the documents taken, 6 of those are classified.

I like how they have no issue with attempting to set a stage where although there were JUST other documents of this supposed nature found in their garage, that didn’t spur the same lawyers and whoever else to say “damn playas, we best do a complete search of all property to ensure there aren’t more. Then do whatever we decide to do about them.” Just never crossed their mind, probably 50 different people.

They can try . Trump had the authority to shite on classified documents if he wanted . VP Hoe Biden had no authority to take anything . He broke the law .

I get the theory, but I can't see how anyone will spin this as a positive for Joe, the DNC, or Kamala, for that matter.
She continues to faceplant whenever she's talking to a live audience, and without a script. Not to the point of revealing national secrets, like Joe, but every bit as cringeworthy.

Also, no clarification on what an item/document is. Is an item/document a folder full of dozens of papers, or is an item/document one page.

One theory is that this is their “out” to punt the Trump case. “Well we don’t believe there’s a legitimate case against Biden, so in an effort to avoid the appearance of impropriety, we’ve made the decision to forego further criminal prosecution efforts against Trump. But do not take this as a vindication of Trump or proof of his innocence.”
