Never been to N. LA or Buccees. Explain like I'm five:

Will it be in the actual city limits of Ruston?

How close will it be to Grambling? Will it be on the Grambling side?

Buccees

Imagine if Chick-fil-a had a gas station. Clean, friendly, and good products. 120 Gas pumps, they will be 50% filled or more the majority of the time. Starting pay is like $16/hr, managers make high five to 100k+, so attracts quality. Traffic attracts more retail and dining areas generally. Economic impact annually is generally in the high eight figures.

Yes. It's the new exit by the junior high on the West side in between the Grambling exit and the LA Tech exit.

ETA: If you ever went to Rabb's you had to go up an exit and come back down a service road to the bar/restaurant. There is now an exit right there.
