Would you swap out Dennis Allen for Frank Reich right now?

You can't have anyone else, you have to decide between a 3-5 year future with Reich or having Dennis Allen around for another year at least.
Choose.
Choose.

Yes, I would take anyone that has his own offensive identity.

Wish we could of had chad handing out our test in school

Reich is a phenomenal coach. Not a coach in the league that could have won and been successful with that colts team.

the slight delima is if you think we can hire better than Reich either now or in 12 months.

All day every day. Could make up for passing on Doug Pederson last year

Not a legit WYHI (Would You Hire It).

How do we know Pederson wanted the job? Jacksonville is a better place to live and had the ability to mold Lawrence into what he wanted. We had Jameis and Andy Dalton.

Probably 5-10 you could come up with that would be better than Allen

Consider he was on my short list (not that it means anything) of people I already wanted to see for next year; absolutely. And with the roster/sap situations, any new coach will need 3 years to turn it around. They just need to look like the team has some life in them; DA's team's looked defeated in games they should have won.

we saw nothing from DA that makes me have faith in his leadership or coaching. we got outcoached all year long.

As a org. we have not had to make such big decisions in almost 20 years. I just hope they see the need and act aggressively in 23 and 24.
Seems I disagree with most here who say keep the cancer for another year for to help in 2024 but I think a cancer needs to be cut out as soon as it appears so as not to spread any further.
What kind of surgeon will Loomis be?

I think there are 3-4 guys out there that if you have the chance you need to jump on and get now before they get locked down somewhere else. Outside of them, you tank with DA doing his best
Only exception is if the team somehow lands a top 10 pick for Payton, then you pull the plug now and move forward with your new staff.

considering DA's record as a HC, the list of coaches I'd swap out for him is a lengthy one
