I think he has some sort of health issue that makes him walk and move like that.

Gaetz and boebert had leverage. When this is over they will get nothing from their leverage. Most of the 20 wanted concessions, gaetz wanted mccarthys scalp.

Yeah he always moves like that. His head bobbles a lot. Not sure he's ever confirmed he has a health issue, but it's pretty obvious there is something there.
