some trolls make those catchy titles in threads that people cannot resist replying to. a block user would basically kill off all trolls since once you blocked them you would never see their posts again. i posted on a board years back that had that function. it worked great. made things easier for the admins also as far as policing the site. if the trolls get cut off they will leave when they get no responses.

now will that kill off some traffic here once they get no more replies? that is the million dollar question. more trolls more traffic. more responses.
