If he didn’t choke her, why did she call the cops? If she’s lying about this, she needs to face consequences. If someone is forcing her to recant, they need jail time.

This is a fricked up situation all around. Does anyone else think her apology reads like a hostage note?

If you read the report you’ll see she instigated the whole thing being a psycho and smashing the dude’s glasses. While nothing she did in the build is worthy of domestic violence, she’s clearly off her rocker.

I wouldn’t overthink it. They’re both nuts. Let them be nuts

Sounds to me like she started it by breaking his glasses. Probably being a bitch and he was ignoring her, witch makes them even more angry than if he hit her, but after she slapped him he probably got physical with her so she called the cops. Now she's had time to think about all the money she's about to be without and now she tells the truth. Typical crazy bitch that let her emotions take over.

I wouldn't go that far but I certainly wouldn't bet on it either way.

This doesn't automatically mean he didn't do some fricked up shite. This all basically means who know what tf happened.

But the right thing for the school to do here is to reinstate him and pay him for missed time.

Sounds like woman who is a twat is engaged to a man who is a hitter. As toxic couples do, they picked a night to escalate and push each others buttons. All the way to the police. Police get involved as they do. Arrest the guy because she probably had marks on her neck and maybe Texas is a “must arrest” state. And like many domestic disputes. Whoever breaks the fight up winds up being called the a-hole.
