Presidents Biden and Zelensky have a light-hearted moment during their joint press conference.

quote:

Then Biden got serious.

"Why don't we just give Ukraine everything there is to give? For two reasons," Biden responded. "One: There is an entire alliance that is critical to stay with Ukraine, and the idea that we would give Ukraine material that is fundamentally different than is already going there would have a prospect of breaking up NATO and the European Union and the rest of the world."

Secondly, those allies, said Biden, “are not looking to go to war with Russia, not looking for a third world war. And I think it can all be avoided by making sure that Ukraine is able to succeed on the battlefield. So anyway, there's more to say, but I probably already said too much.”

Zelensky and Ukraine will need about 3 billion more next week. Why TF are we only financing this so called war?

I'm not sure, but I wouldn't have nearly as much trouble flipping Ukraine a few bucks if the EU were shouldering +70% of the cost to fight the skirmish happening in their own backyard.

If these troops move southward from Belarus, they would enter northwestern Ukraine in perfect position to halt weapons shipments from Poland.

Ukraine would be pretty much fricked at that point.

The only counter would be to bring NATO forces from Poland to counter. Then the nuclear war is completely a clear option for Russia.

You don't hear any of our media talking about the risk of nuclear war.

Ever wonder why that is the case?

Wonder no more, we know from the Twitter files that big media gets its instructions from the government about what to talk about and what not to talk about.

Russia will never run out of ammo. They have enough to keep it circulating onto the civilian market AND keep their troops supplied. I'm sitting on 25K of 7N6 surplus myself.

Not at all and certainly ly not in American blood. I'm not a fan of funding this but if the goal is to weaken Russia then here it is. The fow side is that China is the real problem

My intention was to draw one of you out.

Russia got their asses kicked back across that border when this first started. They will even get it kicked harder if they try it now from that direction.

I don’t believe this,

CNN covering this right now and saying Putin referred to this formerly "Special Operation", as a "WAR", for the first time.

Believe it or not, but the Jewish Churchill is about to have his moment to shine.

Russia can barely fight Ukraine with us supporting them....they don't actually want any part of fighting us. They just need to posture as if they aren't afraid to be....

This would not be like fighting the Iraqis.

What have you seen from Russia that makes you think they could put up a real fight?

I wasn't being serious. Yes they are better than Iraq, but still a damn joke of a military.

Just out of curiosity, what is your experience with them?
