Considering the people that do it, that I deal with professionally, it makes me think their company forced them to. They are great people to work with, and while cringeworthy, I just assume it's like mandatory vaccines at this point.

I find the use of pronouns completely retarded.

And, upon encountering the usage of them, I'd completely lose any and all respect for anyone doing so. Mainly because I'd see them as either cowards who are bowing down to this kind of freakazoid 'gender-fluid' cultural worldview, or that they agree with it, and thus, someone I'd deem a mortal enemy to all I stand for.

I denied a promotion and pay raise to one of these fools. It was not happy and quit. Problem solved. Hired a technician with a mags bumper sticker. Miraculously the newbie is more productive.

I see often at my company and it’s so dumb because everyone uses their proper gender pronoun. I refuse to do it.

Working in a "woke" field, I see it all the time. I just generally ignore it and don't have it in mine.

The one libtard in our office does this and I roll my eyes every time I see it.

I’ve seen a lot of it. I hate this to an irrational amount. I judge people that do that.

If my work starts making me put pronouns in email signature, I will request not to do it.
It's completely unnecessary, and it's solely for the use of admitting you are woke and allegedly compassionate for others' wishes.
When in reality, pronoun types will just get all wadded up for the simplest of things.

Just include a Dick pic in your signature to remove all confusion

I have several companies so I’m always getting resumes and when I see this foolishness I automatically deem the candidate to be a high liability hire and their resume goes in the trash.

Ah, the pronoun people. Not a fan of the approach with the he, she, him, her crowd.

They do have some utility. If you have a name that “goes both ways”, it’s helpful in an email for people who’ve never seen you.

But Jack with the full beard on LinkedIn can F off with the he/his bullshite.

Half my company seems to have that or the "Safe Space Ally" in their little creative design.

I won't lie. The men who have that listed there I don't respect and actively avoid. I wish I could have a graphic that said "Danger Zone" in response.
